    the insurance carriers, their policies and their underwriting. In order
    to bring you the best value for your insurance dollars- we shop the
    market to develop the plan and carrier which will best suit your
    needs. And while your situation is unique, we have gained
    experience  from working with hundreds of clients with similar needs
    to yours.   

  • Customer Service  - This is our most distinctive  trademark. You
    purchase insurance to provide you and your family money when
    something bad happens. On occasion, the claims process will go
    awry and you receive all those awful letters from the claims
    department. We will help! It has been our experience that we can
    intervene in the process to make the process less troublesome and
    get our clients results. In addition- we are always looking for new
    insurance products to bring value to our clients. Be it a big problem
    or just a quick question, we are available to assist you.


Personally

    Jan is an Asheville native – one of the few ! An expert in customer
    service thru years of experience in hospitality and sales and a
    compassionate heart developed as a social worker.
    Dave is a survivor of 25 years in the restaurant and hotel industry. As
    a business owner, Dave brings a bottom line perceptive to the table.
    He has served as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Mountain
    Microenterprise Fund and been honored as Volunteer of the Year –
    2004 by the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce. We enjoy working
    on our home, traveling – especially to the beach, coffee shops and
    water volleyball. Our daughter-  Jennifer - recently graduated from the
    University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
